I have told my employees to use this freely when they want to give a co worker recognition for a particularly well done job, or if a coworker has helped them out in a situation that they would like to tell them that they did make a difference!

Good variety and price. I wanted to send something special to folks that had helped me out at an event but didn't have the budget for major items. This set gave me the ability to thank many people and it tied in with our theme.
