I use the cheers kit to spontaneously recognize staff who give above what is required and to say thank you for making suggestions. It is nice to have a variety to select from in the kit as this allows me to give recognition that is more personal and unique.

I use this product to recognize my college students when they go above and beyond-- it really means a lot to them to have something in writing rather than just by word of mouth. I love the "Office of Positive Mojo" line especially because they are very much things I would say!
I could not believe how quickly I received this! I placed the order and had the e-mail saying it was packed and ready to go only minutes later; I had it in hands less than 24 hours later! Wow!

I bought this to give my boss, who passes out yellow sticky notes with her notary stamp and a gold star on them for good work. They are rare to receive. I thought she would love these and it's kind of a joke to refer to her as the "office of positive mojo." They look exactly as they did online.
