My team uses this kit for peer-to-peer, spot recognition. As soon as it was introduced team members began recognizing one another. This kit has helped enhance teamwork & collaboration. The approach to giving the recognition has varried from private to group setting. By not putting "guidlines" around how or when to give the card the experiance can be customized for the person/situation.

I had to give a school address when the Head of School was absent. I'd chosen a puzzle theme, and when I saw the Essential Piece kit in the catalog, I knew that it would make a great follow-up to the presentation. It's nice to be able to bolster team efforts with the Baudville products, affordably and effectively!
