I purchased these for my team leaders to use on a weekly/daily basis. This is a great way to promote recognition to your team members on a consistent basis. We added a recognition log so that we can keep track of who we give recognition to and then at the end of the month we choose an "employee of the month" from this list.

I am so impressed with the variety of recognition I can offer my team! I stick a card to the recipients time card so everyone sees it and it's the talk of the store for the entire day!
