We have decided to use this as a departure gift for our graduate hall director staff after working for the department 2-3 years. It's fine for everyday use but we were looking for better quality of the pen and pencil. They were both very light in weight and the boss didn't like them. He was looking for something a little heavier that suggested it was a good, quality pen and pencil when you picked them up. He really liked the inscription. I wasn't expecting the tin casing... Not sure what I was expecting though
