This product is great idea and execution I just have to comment on manufacturing ... the pad is far too heavy and was part from board upon receipt. I would highly recommend that the pad itself be riveted and then a perforation be created to tear off the sheets because the whole pad is far too heavy to stay on board when hung or set up on a table.

The pad was separated from the cardboard which makes it's intended use not feasible. the pad needs to be adhered in a better fashion.

We've been having trouble getting a positive atmosphere to grow in our remote locations. This tool is showing results and is easier to implement than a formal, strict program of recognition. Received this as a gift from my friend Cori.
