I was looking for a self motivating peer to peer recognition program with low maintenance where eployees would feel empowered to recognize each others achievements. This Shout Out has turned out to be everything I was looking for.

I like concept of this product. I just feel that is overpriced. Will probably not purchase again because of the price.

This is a great way to utilize day-to-day recognition in a pen & paper format. We posted our Shout Out wall in a hallway where anyone and everyone has a chance to write a nice note to a co-worker.

Only thing I would change: I wish the pricing was a little bit cheaper. Or, it would be nice to have refills so that you didn't have to purchase the entire "Shout Out" board from scratch!
