I love this product! I used it during customer service week and decided to keep it displayed all year due to its usefulness with employees recognizing each other. If anything, I would like the easel to be bigger however its designed well, is sturdy, and is attention-getting.

Love the whole concept, just wish there was a sticky backing (like a Post-it), so it could easily be posted without using push-pins or tape. The employees are really eating these up, though.

I set up a bulletin board with bright colors and the heading – look who made the shout out board. The staff are loving this product and I've received MANY comments on what a great idea it is.

We use the "shout outs" to show a great thing/job to a specific person/dept. These are posted in the staff lounge where EVERYONE gets to view them.

When looking to build a recogintion board for our department.... We found Shout Outs. Immediately wanted them, fun and witty sayings, fun to post on cubicles.

The only thing to change would be to MAKE IT BIGGER. We were expecting something that would stand out more.

People had fun with them and I think if posted in a more populated area it would get more use.
