This is the first product from Baudville that I was disappointed in. I believe that the price doesn't fit the product. Yes, the dimensions are listed; however when you see it in person it's much smaller. I believe that the price should be closer to $9.95. This is a gift that can not stand alone.
I used the LIVE CHAT to express my concern and the customer service rep was completely empathetic and professional. I will continue to be a Baudville customer because they care about their customers. Michigan gets a bad rap, but this is one company that excels past its reputation.
Delivery time was great as usual.

The product matched my expectations - high quality for the price - so glad that it was "sticky" notes instead of plain sheets for which you would have to attach with a paper clip!
Delivery was prompt and the product arrived in excellent condition! Service was impeccable; communication from the time order placed until after delivery was constant; never felt that my order was not important to Baudville. Can't say enough good things about it! Thank you.

These note cube and pen gift sets not only praise someone for their help, but they are also very useful. Everyone needs a pad of paper and a pen on their desk and with these, the person you give them to will be reminded of a job well done every time they reach for a piece of paper. I bought these for 2 associates in one of our other offices for flying out to our corporate headquarters to assist with a huge transition. They were the perfect choice!
A few minutes after I placed the order I received an email stating that the items were being packaged in the warehouse and sent to be shipped. The shipping time was super fast! Products arrived in mint condition.
