The pin itself is very nice and seems to be a good quality. The proof of the final work is very misleading in how it portrays the way the etched personalization will look. It is difficult to see. The service was fast and this company seems to be organized and efficient. I'm upset with the final outcome of the product.

We used the pins to recognize empolyee's tenure with the company. It was good to have a choice of background color.
The engraving was not centered well. I would accept a two-day turn around to improve the engraving.

The personalized pin is perfect for the price.Ordered the presentation box, but can do without it since pins already come in a nice clear box.
Delivery was very prompt. Inscriptions are clear and visible on pins. Customer service very knowledgeable and very helpful.
