We ordered these for team recognition ceremony. And we had enough for the managers to select a gift also. We ordered an assortment of things. I specifically chose this, was very impressed with the casing quality. However, it is practically worthless as an actual tool. The post its and colored tags are very cheap and do not peel off properly, in fact the post its sometimes tear. The same day I gave mine away to a clerk, just to have on her desk, I ran into another supervisor, who had also just given hers away for the very same reason. Our event was about a month ago. I told her if I had not given it away, I would have ended up throwing it against the wall out of frustration. nice appearance, but not usable. Improve the quality of the post its and flags and it would be a nice gift.

This was an end of year gift for volunteers. It is a product almost anyone can use. I have already put all the colorful flags to use to mark new ideas I find in books and magazines. Keeps me neat and organized.
