I always find the items wonderful and they look so very nice. Everything is done the way I requested and the gifts are loved by all. I also like the variety of new and different gifts they have.

Service & Delivery comments:

The service is wonderful. Only once, something didn't come to me in perfect shape. The writing just looked a little off. I called Baudville and they had a new one done and sent in time for my event with no cost to my school. There was no argument or delay. I would order from them again anytime and I have.

Fewer paper/printed catalogs please! We seem to receive 2 or 3 a week. We still check on line for new products and you DO have a user friendly website.
