We have used the tokens to give every employee the opportunity to recognize a co-worker. The tokens & envelopes are stored in my office, but all are welcome to take one to give to their co-workers to express appreciation for a job well done, special assistance, or going above and beyond. This has worked well for us.

These tokens were neat and I couldn't wait to get them. I also purchased the cards to put them in, which I'm glad I did because they seem silly to hand out on their own. The tokens are only one sided, which I was a little dissapointed with. To jazz them up, I plan to write messages on the blank side with a permanent marker to personalize them more.

I particularly like that I can use a fine-point sharpie to add a personal note on the back of the tokens.
Delivery service was excellent. I was kept informed and items arrived on time.
