This sits right on the desk top so it's an easy reminder. When I'm reviewing reports or records I can pull out a card right then and there to deliver to the staff.
Delivery was prompt, the stand was pretty flimsy for $15 bucks. It arrived a litte bent.

Our staff LOVE our new peer-to-peer recognition program. As soon as we implemented the recognition forms for peer recognition it took off. Moral has been boosted because our staff relizes that more than just their managers are noticing their hard work, friendliness and cooperation. Staff is able to recognize their peers for caring, helping, leading, teamwork and more!

I bought this for the employees in my department to use to help boost morale. I had it in the front office and people from other departments visiting our office took half of them the first day I put them out! I think they are a great tool... if people actually use them. If there are already major issues in an office, this might not "fix" them, but it's a great tool if you lead by example and hand them out to people first.
