I ordered this product to be presented at our 20th Anniversary Gala; to employees with20+ years of service. The trophy is a good size and weight, I was able to provide a narrative to be put on each trophy with individual names, it was done to specification. Employees were so impressed. The price was fab as well, other sites were charging up to $15 more per.

Service & Delivery comments:

I was suprised that 4 days after I ordered 50 pieces it was delivered, as promised. Of course I paid a small fee for 2 day delivery but it was well worth since I ordered withing a tight timeline.

I ordered this product because I was able to design the entire award myself. When I received it the bottom was broken off. I quickly called and was able to receive a new updated one right away.

Service & Delivery comments:

My orginial broken award was unsatisfacorty (obviously) but I called and a new perfect one was sent and received right away. I have no complaints whatsoever about Baudeville. I think they are great!
