I was given this plaque for recognition of 20 yrs employment (was also the person in charge of ordering recognition items). After receiving the plaque in a ceremony - I put it on my wall and a few days later the metal part fell off the wood part. That plaque was replaced by the same style plaque and 1 1/2 days after putting that one on the wall it fell apart also. Double sided sticky tape is not the way to hold them together!

The product I purchased is an inspirational plaque personally engraved for a very special co-worker's pending retirement. The quality and workmanship are excellent. I wasn't expecting such a great product at a reasonable price!

We purchased this product to show our appreciation for an employee that retired from our organization. It was beautifully crafted and very well made. It looked very classy and elegant and we were very proud to be able to customize it and present it.
